McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Phoenix, AZ to join a team with a 130+ year history of logistics excellence.

The role covers selecting product, loading trucks, and moving items throughout the warehouse, including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables and Freezer areas. The position offers a Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night shift from 11:00pm to 9:30am, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits starting on day 60.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• English literacy required for safety and instructions.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move between dock and warehouse.
• Work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas as needed.
• McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Hand-stack when items are off balance or in wrong location.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Keep work area clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
