Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector IV for our Goodyear, AZ facility to fulfill customer orders by selecting full-case items. This role requires scanning labels, accurately picking items, and safely moving them to the dock using powered equipment.

You’ll work a night shift (Mon-Fri 12am-8:30am) with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The role offers a pay rate of $23.50 per hour, with benefits starting on day 60, plus vacation and sick leave accrual, holidays after 90

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read/write English.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and follow safety rules.
• Must read, write and understand English at a level sufficient for tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Fills customer orders for full-case products by pulling from warehouse slots.
• Reads or scans labels to identify location, product and quantity per order.
• Pulls correct quantities and lifts onto pallets or carts.
• Transfers selected cases to the designated dock using powered equipment, maintaining safety.
