Job summary

Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist to perform general X-ray and fluoroscopic imaging during nights with on-call duties. You will operate stationary and mobile x-ray units, produce high-quality images, and collaborate with physicians to support accurate diagnoses.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited Radiologic Technology programs, ARRT registered, state-licensed, and BLS certified, with strong patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered Technologist by ARRT in good standing
• Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist
• BLS Certification through the AHA or Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and speed.
• Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams.
• Maintain documentation.
• Address equipment malfunctions and report them to management and the PACS administrator.
• Assist with scheduling procedures, monitor patient priority, and process billing.
