Job summary

Amrize in Kentucky is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator I to transport materials through quarry operations, including haul trucks, water trucks, and rock breakers, on a night shift.

You will operate a range of heavy equipment such as front end loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders and excavators, perform safety inspections at every shift, report issues, and collaborate with quality and production teams to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating/maintaining heavy equipment in a quarry or construction setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and report issues to supervisors.
• Comfort working night shifts and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks, water trucks, rock breakers, and fuel trucks as needed.
• Use front end loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators, and skid steer loaders when required.
• Inspect equipment at each shift, complete inspection sheets, and report issues.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; communicate needs to quality and production teams.
• Perform overtime and weekend work as scheduled.
