Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Princeton, IN is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to ensure quality service and lead inspectors. You will train, motivate, and manage site personnel while upholding customer and company guidelines.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership ability, and experience in quality settings. You will collaborate with Site Manager and other leaders to maintain safety, 5S/6S, and efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in quality-related position preferred.
• Leadership ability demonstrated in past roles.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and work instructions.
• Willingness to train inspectors and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Assist Site Leaders and Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Manage material movements using inventory tools.
