The Site Leader will supervise inspectors, coordinate missions, and maintain a safe, compliant site environment. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across quality operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions.
• Staff missions and train inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions.
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
• Conduct audits of the effectiveness of work performed.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications for quality compliance.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Uphold health and safety policies.
• Ensure inspector time is entered, monitored and approved.
• Create and maintain a 5S working environment.
