Job summary

Responsibilities include inspector training, process adherence, and effective communication with stakeholders, while ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent
• 1+ year in Quality related position preferred
• Demonstrate leadership ability
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits)
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs
• Troubleshoot and problem solve with Site Lead/Supervisor
• Manage material movements using inventory tools as needed
• Work as an inspector when required
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
• Comply with TRIGO and site customer policies
