Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with site stakeholders; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate inspectors and team members.
• Document and report non-conformances; enforce project instructions.
• Support and coordinate with Site Leader/Supervisor on process changes.
