Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Second Shift Team Lead in Lafayette, IN to lead inspection teams and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role offers $20 per hour base plus a $1.00 shift differential, with responsibilities spanning client relations, process training, and daily site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred.
• Strong leadership ability and communication skills.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Communicate project changes to inspectors and teams.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process.
• Document non-conformances and report to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot process issues with Site Lead/Supervisor.
• Manage material movements using inventory scanners.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Ensure health & safety policies are followed.
• Foster a 5S/6S working environment.
