Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred; demonstrated leadership.
• Demonstrate leadership ability and train inspectors.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspectors and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to process flow and criteria.
• Manage material movements using inventory tools when needed.
• Support Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as required.
• Comply with safety, health, and site policies.
