TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Princeton, IN seeks a Sr. Team Lead to drive client relationships, lead site teams, and ensure quality services and compliance with safety standards. The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and operational excellence at the site level.

The Sr. Team Lead will coordinate with Site Manager/Site Leader, supervise inspectors, and help develop staff while maintaining a productive 5S/6S work environment and delivering audits and reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in quality-related position preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership ability.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Train to the Site Leader position and flex up to support in this role.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Manage material movements using inventory management tools.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with health & safety policies.
