Job summary

The Quality Inspector on 3rd Shift (11pm - 7:30am) at Traditional Medicinals, Inc. in Rocky Mount, VA, performs quality inspections of in-process and packaged goods and supports remediation tasks.

You will work under the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with procedures and standards across manufacturing and packaging operations. Responsibilities include documenting data, verifying logs, stopping production when quality issues arise, and assisting with corrective actions and administrative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QA experience in food, wine, pharma, or supplements manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply quality standards, SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality checks on machine logs, data and components.
• Verify downstream packaging data and product procedures for quality.
• Alert production staff to stop production if quality problems are identified.
• Assist with investigation tasks and corrective action implementation.
• Assist with writing, compiling and reporting quality results and SOPs.
