Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking an FSQ-focused leader for our Fall River facility to monitor quality systems and guide a shift of FSQ Technicians. The role ensures documentation, investigations, and corrective actions are executed per regulatory requirements.

The candidate will oversee HACCP/SSOP programs and work with Operations to drive improvements while maintaining product safety and quality during a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of QA experience.
• Ability to obtain HACCP certification within 6 months.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily review of HACCP, SSOP, and quality records.
• Take action on non-conformances and hold products as needed.
• Lead shift FSQ technicians and coordinate daily tasks.
• Perform materials testing and disposition of finished products on hold.
• Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement.
