Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a Prep Supervisor to oversee the Prep department on a night shift. You will supervise 30 staff, coordinate all activities, and ensure efficient, accurate processing of raw ingredients for production utilization.

You will train and coach team members, manage labor costs, and maintain real-time inventory and data accuracy across thaw, prep, and spice locations while adhering to safety, QA, allergen, and HACCP policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent required.
• 3 years supervisor experience required.
• 3 years production/manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Prep department for designated shift(s).
• Train, coach, and oversee Prep Department staff (≈30 employees).
• Manage real-time inventory and processing levels of raw ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, QA, Allergen Awareness, and HACCP policies.
• Maintain cost per lb and departmental standards.
