Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking an FSQ professional to support quality and food safety across production in Fall River, MA. You will supervise FSQ technicians, monitor HACCP records, and coordinate corrective actions with R&D, Operations, and QA.

The role emphasizes leadership during shifts, data analysis, trend reporting, and ensuring compliance with USDA/FDA standards, SQF programs, and finished product specifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain HACCP certification within six months of hire.
• Experience with SQF and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees HACCP, SSOP and quality records daily for conformance.
• Leads FSQ technicians and assigns daily tasks on shift.
• Investigates non-conformances and coordinates corrective actions.
• Coordinates HACCP plan updates and document control activities.
• Monitors trending data and reports to management.
