Job summary

Wis-Pak in La Crosse, WI is seeking a quality-focused technician for the night shift (10:00pm-6:00am, Sun-Thu). You will conduct product testing, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain lab records to support beverage quality.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team or alone.
• English proficiency sufficient to read, write, and understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies.
• Perform physical and analytical tests on finished syrup/beverage; inspect materials.
• Run control drinks to ensure taste and quality; maintain test records.
• Calibrate equipment and ensure proper documentation and housekeeping.
