Job summary

St Paul Beverage Solution, a DFA member, seeks a laboratory technician to perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products, raw materials and related items while upholding food safety and quality system requirements. You will maintain SOPs, support continuous improvement, and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or work experience equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree or coursework in Food Science/Chemistry/Biology preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing of finished products and raw materials.
• Adhere to food safety and quality system requirements (GLP, SOP, GMP, HACCP).
• Maintain applicable SOPs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
