Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Lab Technician for a 12-hour night shift focused on maintaining product quality across our beverage lines. The role involves conducting a range of tests on energy drinks, monitoring pasteurization and batch accuracy, and recording data in the QC database to support release decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with GMP/HACCP as well as SAP or inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP or inventory systems preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP/HACCP regulations preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control testing on beverages including energy drinks; assess pH, titration, brix, and can weight.
• Ensure products meet specifications; verify codes on cans and packaging.
• Record data accurately in the Quality Control database and generate COA/Micro reports.
• Maintain calibration of measurement devices and adhere to GMP.
