Job summary

Olin is seeking a Pull-down Operator for the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, MO. You will safely run machinery that disassembles ammunition and perform routine maintenance checks.

The role requires basic troubleshooting, the ability to lift 35–40 lbs and work a 4x10 night schedule. Starting pay is $22 per hour with benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) match, and PTO. Security vetting and ITAR access rules apply.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use power and non-power hand tools.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift 35-40 lbs, push up to 1,000 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pull-down equipment and machinery; perform mechanical adjustments and repairs.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure manufacturing specifications are met.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
