Olin is hiring a Production Packer at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, MO. You will inspect, package, label, and prep ammunition for shipment while upholding strict safety and quality standards that support America's warfighter.

The role offers 4–10 hour shifts with overtime up to 60 hours weekly (days, nights, weekends). Starting pay is $20.60/hour, rising to $21.79/hour after 120 days, with weekend night +$2.00 and weeknight +$0.70 differential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and package ammunition and components for shipping.
• Operate packaging equipment and monitor quality throughout the process.
• Move materials using carts and dollies while maintaining a clean, safe work area.
