Job summary

Olin is hiring a Pull-down Operator at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, MO. The role involves safely running pull-down machinery to disassemble ammunition, with a 4x10 night schedule (Mon-Thu 6:00 PM–4:30 AM).

Starting salary is $22.00/hr plus comprehensive benefits on day one. Applicants must be US citizens and pass security vetting for access to ITAR data and site clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current driver license.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating automated production equipment preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry weights.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pull-down equipment; perform adjustments and repairs.
• Visually inspect parts and machinery to meet specs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
