Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical psychiatric nursing experience including Charge Nurse/supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and coordinate all nursing personnel under the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Ensure quality nursing care using the nursing process and meet unit goals and standards.
• Develop, coordinate and implement clinical activities and staff development.
