Job summary

El Paso Behavioral Health System, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the health team. The RN will follow the nursing process and adhere to Texas Board of Nursing standards, ensuring safe, compassionate care across inpatient and outpatient services.

The role requires current Texas RN licensure, CPR certification, and successful completion of Handle With Care training; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) nursing experience preferred.
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
• Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
• Must have current CPR certification upon hire.
• Successful completion of Handle With Care to include physical hold and verbal de-escalation during orientation.

Responsibilities
