Tenet Healthcare in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Night Shift RN to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis. You will assess, plan, implement and coordinate nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure safety and adherence to hospital policies.

Responsibilities include administering medications, participating in infection control, risk management, and rapid response duties as needed. Current state nursing license required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas or compact license.
• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy.
• Coordinate patient care and participate in infection control and risk management; fulfill HICS-related duties as needed.
