Job summary

Edward Elmhurst Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PM/Nights shift at LOH Naperville Main Hospital. You will assess patients, plan and document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, therapeutic units.

You’ll participate in interdisciplinary planning, mentor staff, and support admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification required.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire preferred.
• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and develop and implement a care plan.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes on a real‑time basis.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges with the team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
