Endeavor Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for LOH Main- Naperville, nights 11pm-7am. The role includes assessing patients, developing and administering care plans, documenting care, and ensuring safety and therapeutic milieu within the unit.

Responsibilities include rounds, handoffs, admissions, transfers, and interdisciplinary collaboration to meet patient needs. Requires IL RN license, CPR, and CPI within 90 days; psychiatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Welcome patients to the unit and maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Ensure rounds and precaution records are completed in real time.
• Collaborate with admission and transfer processes.
