Qualifications

• Must maintain patient confidentiality.
• Active Illinois RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement care plans.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges with hand-offs.
• Collaborate with care team to address physical and psychosocial needs.
• Provide supervision and participate in staff trainings.
• Participate in program evaluation and care-improvement initiatives.
