Job summary

Manhattan Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 (NIGHTS) to oversee project direction, completion and financial outcomes for assigned projects. You will direct and mentor on-site staff and must demonstrate strong leadership and client service skills.

The role requires OSHA 30-Hour safety certification, a construction management background and experience managing multi-million dollar projects. Travel may be involved; strong communication and scheduling abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent, or related experience on a one-to-one basis
• 8 years of industry experience
• Proven ability to manage projects over $25 million

Responsibilities

• Oversee project direction, completion and financial outcomes
• Lead on-site staff and project execution planning
• Coordinate client meetings and subcontractor negotiations
• Ensure safety policies are followed and risk managed
