Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification are required.
• Effective communication across teams and with clients is essential.
• Proven understanding of the construction industry and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies and zero-incident goals on projects.
• Lead and coordinate client meetings and project teams.
• Manage change orders, negotiations, and approvals with subcontractors.
