Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent with related experience.
• 8 years of industry experience; proven ability to manage projects over $25M.
• OSHA 30 and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policy compliance and lead safety initiatives.
• Lead client and trade contractor meetings and coordination.
• Oversee project schedule, costs and change orders with subs.
• Mentor on-site staff and manage project execution plan.
