Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Three years in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Preferably previously employed as Machine Operator III at MME Group.
• Able to read production instructions and safety manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor machine and assembly operators.
• Enforce MME Group safety guidelines and quality guidelines.
• Complete training for new shift team members.
• Record accurate production logs and material handling records.
• Inspect parts for visual defects and notify process techs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the floor.
• Drive teamwork, recognize good performance, and support improvement.
• Provide quality technical support to injection molding and assembly operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and floor staff to resolve issues.
