Le Sueur Incorporated in Minnesota seeks a Plastics Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:15 pm–1:45 am; OT Fri/Sat). You will oversee molding operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety, and cost objectives are met while guiding a team through setup and continuous improvement.

The role requires 1-2 years in plastics manufacturing, a High School diploma, and leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of plastics manufacturing experience for the role.
• Supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily molding operations for the shift.
• Lead setup, changeovers, and startup procedures for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and quality; troubleshoot issues.
• Coach and develop team members; enforce safety and company policies.
• Prepare shift reports and document production results; track labor and attendance.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce costs.
