Seaway Plastics in Minnesota is seeking a reliable Machine Operator I to support our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role you will operate molding machines, trim parts, perform basic quality checks, and complete simple assembly tasks alongside teammates.

You will follow work instructions, keep a safe, clean work area, and document production activity. The position offers daytime hours, with pay from $17.25 to $18.00 per hour, and opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ability to legally work in the United States.
• Experience in manufacturing or plastic injection molding preferred.
• Clean room experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend production instructions, safety instructions, etc.
• Ability to perform basic math using whole numbers and decimals.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce parts according to work instructions.
• Trim, inspect, and package parts following work cell procedures.
• Run jobs efficiently with focus on quality and minimal waste.
• Document production and reporting requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Notify supervisor of defects or equipment issues.
