Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend production instructions.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Three years in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors the work of machine and assembly operators.
• Enforces safety and quality guidelines.
• Completes training for all new shift team members.
• Maintains accurate production records and area cleanliness.
