Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. You will lead a Midnight Shift team on-site in South Brunswick, NJ, ensuring safety, quality, and timely production while coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

As Team Lead, you will supervise employees, monitor processes, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement, including CAPA investigations and 6S projects. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and SAP is preferred.
• Ability to manage safety and food safety programs on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety and quality standards on the shift.
• Oversee production area and optimize shipping operations.
• Fill batches per specification and maintain process documentation.
