Job summary

IFF is hiring a Team Lead for the Afternoon or Midnight Shift on-site in South Brunswick, NJ. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive on-time production.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to meet daily targets and uphold GMP standards. Ideal candidates have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and SAP/Excel.

• Ability to present to small groups and analyze process data.
• Familiar with GMPs, HACCP, SAP, Excel, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure safety and food safety standards are met.
• Oversee production area and shipping team to maintain efficiency.
• Understand processes, make/fill batches as needed.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure product specs are met.
• Maintain production documents per retention policy.
• Lead investigations for deviations and CAPA with Quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and direct daily targets.
• Communicate with WH and office staff to resolve issues.
