Job summary

IFF Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the second shift in South Brunswick, NJ. You will operate equipment along a production line, assist with packaging and raw material replenishment, and participate in chemical blending and dispensing of flavor chemicals.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to handle heavy machinery, forklift operation, and comfort with GMP practices. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:30pm to 11:50pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to wear respirator and operate forklift.
• Experience with chemical processes preferred.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assist with manufacturing and packaging.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and GMP-compliant workspace.
• Perform material handling and forklift operations.
• Conduct chemical blending and manual dispensing of flavor chemicals.
• Support other departments as needed and contribute to continuous improvement.
