Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. in South Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Team Lead for the Midnight Shift to supervise production, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

You will lead a team, manage batching, coordinate with maintenance and QA, review shift performance, and uphold GMP/HACCP standards while mentoring operators and supporting payroll and shift reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Food or Chemical manufacturing plant.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SAP, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate shift team to meet production targets.
• Ensure safety and food safety standards across production units.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure product specifications and CAPA actions.
• Present daily shift reports to production manager.
• Maintain production documents and oversee equipment uptime.
