The Hershey Company is seeking a Night Shift Team Lead at the Y&S Lancaster plant in Lancaster, PA. You will translate short-term goals into daily priorities, coordinate production and maintenance, and guide a team of subject matter experts to deliver safe, high-quality output.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work across levels and interpret production performance information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily production activities and assign work in the night shift.
• Communicate shift priorities and performance expectations to the team.
• Provide day-to-day direction, scheduling, coaching, and process guidance.
• Reinforce SOPs and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and plant standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments; document and follow up on requests in SAP PM.
• Ensure employees are qualified, trained, and prepared for their tasks.
• Support labor staffing decisions and verify employee time records.
• Enter and review operational data in SAP and review quality documentation.
• Resolve routine issues using established best practices and drive continuous improvement.
