The Hershey Company Y&S Lancaster plant is seeking a Night Shift Team Lead Production to oversee a team of subject matter experts in a high-speed, candy-manufacturing environment in Lancaster, PA. You will translate daily goals into priorities, coordinate production and maintenance, coach staff, ensure food quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and SAP-based workflows.

Required: 3+ years of supervisory experience; education: high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s

Competenze

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work across levels and interpret production performance information; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred SAP experience and food manufacturing background.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily production activities and assign work to maintain safe, efficient flow.
• Communicate shift priorities, monitor progress, and address throughput or safety issues.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to SMEs and technical team members.
• Reinforce SOPs and ensure compliance with food quality, safety, environmental, and plant standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments; document and follow SAP PM requests.
• Verify employees are trained and qualified to perform assigned work.
• Support staffing decisions and review time records.
• Enter and review SAP data and production performance reports.
• Resolve routine operational issues using best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement through ideas and practical actions.
