Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production staff and manage daily plant goals.
• Plan and execute projects to eliminate root causes of problems.
• Coordinate and manage activities to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure proper qualifications and training for personnel.
• Input data into SAP and verify time cards.
• Foster continuous improvement and coach the team.
