Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a high-speed, complex environment.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production personnel to meet department goals safely and efficiently.
• Plan and execute projects to eliminate root causes of manufacturing problems.
• Coordinate daily labor staffing in line with budgeted levels.
• Ensure area compliance with food quality, safety, and company policies.
• Read and interpret production performance reports.
• Foster continuous improvement and coach team members.
