The Hershey Company is seeking a Team Lead Production to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Hershey, PA. You will guide SMEs and technical staff, schedule work, and drive adherence to quality, safety, and SOPs to ensure stable output.

Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing and proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. This role is night shift with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for growth within Hershey’s Total Rewards program.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or a similar high-speed environment.
• Experience supervising SMEs or technical staff.
• Ability to interpret production performance data and make improvements.
• Knowledge of SOPs, quality, safety standards, and plant operations.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily production activities to maintain safe, efficient production flow.
• Communicate shift priorities, monitor progress, and address issues affecting throughput, quality, cost, or safety.
• Provide day-to-day direction, scheduling, coaching, and process guidance to SMEs and technical staff.
• Reinforce SOPs and ensure consistent compliance with food quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments; document, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance requests in SAP PM.
• Ensure employees are properly qualified and prepared to perform assigned work.
• Support labor staffing decisions and verify time records.
• Enter and review operational information in SAP and follow up on exceptions and opportunities.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and practical actions.
