Job summary

Tekscend Photomask Round Rock Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the B shift at our Round Rock, TX facility. You will supervise a multi-discipline team, drive output, quality, and cost objectives, and help roll out departmental standards and procedures.

You will analyze data, shape processes, and collaborate with production management and engineering to meet schedules. Strong supervision in semiconductor settings and cleanroom know-how are required.

Qualifications

• Strong production supervision experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry (3-5 years preferred in a similar role).
• Proficient knowledge of cleanroom operations/practices.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, SPC/data management.
• High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree; Business or Engineering disciplines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift team to meet output, quality, and cost objectives.
• Direct shift activities and implement department standards and procedures.
• Specify processes and analyze data to recommend equipment or process changes.
• Prioritize schedules based on product introduction and manufacturing/engineering schedules.
• Work within the Quality, Environmental, and Information Security Management Systems.
