The successful candidate will learn the inspection toolset used in photomask fabrication and collaborate with process engineering to prevent downtime, implement upgrades, and optimize maintenance programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics required.
Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in semiconductor or electronics industries.
Strong troubleshooting, technical writing and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of SPC, data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

Recommend modifications and upgrades of manufacturing equipment.
Stay current with equipment manufacturers' notices, upgrades and safety issues.
Study equipment performance and reliability to improve uptime.
Document and implement programs to increase uptime and address equipment problems.
Provide technical support to maintenance and process engineering teams.
Lead or support programs for improving uptime and equipment reliability.
Develop or implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Define and write preventive maintenance procedures.
