Semtech is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Colorado Springs facility. You will supervise a team during the 7pm–7am night shift, directing operators and ensuring safe, on-time production of wafer and die level components.

You’ll work with engineering and maintenance to resolve roadblocks, write procedures, and enforce clean room and safety protocols while delivering quality results. Some shift-specific requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with the ability to coach a production team.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably clean room environments.
• Ability to read and interpret documentation and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a production team to meet safe, on-time, cost objectives.
• Resolve labor and material shortages and schedule interruptions.
• Develop personnel, set expectations, and review contributions.
• Maintain clean room protocols and safe chemical handling.
• Write work instructions and procedures; oversee training.
• Interface with engineering, management and maintenance.
• Operate production equipment and identify defects.
