Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Transportation to supervise the assigned crew and drive production goals. You will ensure safe operation of machinery and coordinate with maintenance to diagnose issues on the floor.

The role requires prior team leadership in manufacturing, training others on forklift/loader equipment, and the ability to meet safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience training team members including forklift, bobcat, loader operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Set production goals and expectations.
• Visually inspect and test machinery, operate equipment.
• Operate forklift and adhere to safety policies.
• Inspect work and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Train, promote, and discipline employees.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and production standards met.
