Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in production or operations.
• Experienced level with hands-on leadership responsibilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily and weekly production assignments for the front line team.
• Coach, counsel and manage employees with timely feedback and development.
• Partner with Health & Safety to improve workplace safety programs.
• Lead daily team huddles and monthly meetings to drive productivity and safety.
• Ensure sanitation compliance within the production department.
• Assist Production Manager in developing the department operating budget.
• Apply lean manufacturing to drive continuous improvements in quality and productivity.
• Support and maintain Food Safety and Quality Programs and audits.
