Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for nights in Winchester. You will lead the shift, ensure safe, efficient, and quality operations by coordinating labor, equipment, and training across the shift.

You will work with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, production, and delivery targets. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to coach employees, with experience in lean manufacturing and 6S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, communicate expectations, and partner with HR.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and production flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to meet safety, quality, output, and delivery targets.
• Enforce safety practices, PPE, 6S, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate priorities, goals, staffing needs, equipment status and quality concerns.
• Monitor flow and adjust labor allocation and priorities as needed.
• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed and documented.
• Capture accurate production reporting including hours, downtime, and scrap.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Materials, EHS and HR.
• Coach employees on performance, attendance, and teamwork; document concerns.
