Novolex in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift to actively manage people and processes in a 24/7 manufacturing plant, with 12-hour shifts, aiming to meet budgeted objectives safely and efficiently.

The role focuses on safety, quality, OEE, and operator productivity, requiring LEAN experience and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and meet customer quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or associate degree; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise adjusters/supervisors and monitor shift staffing.
• Enforce safety procedures and GMP compliance.
• Analyze downtime and determine corrective actions; identify root causes.
• Provide training direction and schedule; monitor product quality.
• Maintain production reports and schedule resources to meet targets.
